We learned more about burnout as we dialogued about it.

It’s a wrap for Thankful Thursday yesterday. We are indeed thankful for the meaningful partnership with The Hidden Good and their community.

We talked about how burnout could be experienced in the various aspects of life, as well as what we can do about it.

James, our Lead Thrive-Synergist, also shared the PRISMⒸ model. We hope this will provide the community with some handles to prevent and overcome burnout.
