Master the A.R.T. of Volunteer Management in the New Norm
Reading Time: 2 minutes
I am excited to share 3 tools which have been developed and refreshed recently to help volunteer partnerships practitioners master the A.R.T. of volunteer management, especially in this post-COVID-19 world.
‣ (A)ttracting volunteers
‣ (R)ecruiting them, and
‣ forging (T)hriving partnerships that positively impact the organizations, service users, communities, volunteers and staff members.
These 3 tools are a result of lessons learned and mistakes made from my 15 years of working as a practitioner, in growing volunteer programmes for charities. I hope they will be a helpful resource for you.
