Let the Investigation Begin!

It looks like a scene from a pre-operation police briefing, but it is actually us facilitating an Impact Assessment workshop with Filos Community Service’s Elderly Service. We are indeed starting an in-depth investigation into the impact volunteers and volunteer programmes make.
Following the launch of our Volunteer Partnerships Impact Assessment Toolkit, we are glad to once again return to Filos Community Services; this time on a collaboration to demonstrate the impact of the volunteer programme on the various stakeholders.
We thank Filos Community Services for partnering us on this meaningful exercise. Thus far, we have been so encouraged by the work done by the staff and by the shared vision of growing community resilience and spirit in the community they work with.
We are really excited about the project because we strongly believe that volunteer programmes are multipliers as they help resource social purpose entities for greater impact and we are able to use our toolkit to demonstrate that impact.
Have you assessed the impact of your volunteer programmes to your organization? If you are keen to do so but do not know where to start, you can download our Volunteer Partnerships Impact Assessment Toolkit for free now. We have committed to releasing 300 free copies of the Toolkit to Social Purpose Entities and there are still free copies available. You may download it at our website’s e-shop at www.emmaus.sg/public/product-category/volmgt/.
