Reading Time: 2 minutes
We are honoured to have our first contribution from Sherman Ng, CEO and Founder of Salt Media & Entertainment.
Sherman shares…

An Encouragement:

… be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might. ” – The Bible, Ephesians 6:10 (AMP)
Union with the Lord is foundational to where we draw strength from. Time with God when compromised leads to burnout.

A Tip:

I start my day with the Word of God and waiting on Him to speak, before any emails or distractions. This takes approximately 15-30 minutes and gives me both strength and strategy to go about my day.
When God calls us to an assignment or place, He gives the grace. We need to study, work hard and be excellent as a reflection of God’s character in us. However, when we try to force an outcome (strife), we start on the path of carnality. Work is sacred worship, Strife is personal ambition.

Spreading the Good Cheer…

We hope you have been blessed by Sherman’s contribution.
Just as one candle lights another and can light thousands of other candles, so one heart illuminates another heart and can illuminate thousands of other hearts.” – Leo Tolstoy
