It Takes the Whole Village

We are honoured to have been able to be a part of an organization-wide volunteer partnerships workshop for Filos Community Services this week. Though only for a day, we are glad to have been able to cover the key principles of strategic volunteer partnerships with all the staff.
It is indeed heartening to see everyone in the organization, management included, coming together to explore and learn how strategic volunteer partnerships could help non-profits impact the community more.
For me and my team, we must say it was a great joy facilitating the workshop, and to also witness the strong team culture of Filos. Equally, we also feel privileged to have been able to play a small part in levelling up their service delivery.
All the best Filos Community Services, as you continue to grow and go about “building stronger communities, together”.
