COVID-19’s Not Stopping This Global Conversation

Flights may be grounded, countries may be on lock-down but COVID-19 is not stopping this global conversation on something which affects everyone; our mental well-being.
On 18 May, 4pm-5pm (Singapore time), James, our Lead Thrive-Synergist & Founder, chatted with Tova from Good Deeds Day* about mental resilience during COVID-19.
We were honoured to have almost a thousand listening in from various parts of the world, as we talked about how to work from home and keep our sanity, what is mental resilience, what stress do we have to deal with during COVID-19 and how do we overcome them etc.
If you did not manage to catch the Facebook Live session, catch me and Tova from Good Deeds Day again below or here.
Thanks to Tova and the team from Good Deeds Day for putting this together. Keep well folks. 😄
* Good Deeds Day is a global movement that unites people to do good.
